Developing a feeling of inner contentment and cultivating a tranquil mind are the best ways to counter the stressful situations in life. It is also important to have a good supply of vital energy that can flow freely through the body to keep us healthy in every way.
At the 5 Elements Path Centre our aim is to help, encourage and support this development through the five holistic mindfulness practices that we offer – qigong, yoga, tai chi, meditation and massage. Each practice is effective in its own right but often leads to interest in another.
